I'd like a message for tardies.
"[name] has [blank] tardies. Can you please speak with him/her so this does not continue and then become a deans issue"

Teachers Auto Text does not count tardies at this time. So the message would have to be something like this.
[First Name] was tardy for [his/her] [Class] class today. Please talk with [him/her] so this does not become a Dean's issue. Thanks for you help. - Mrs. Whoever
Copy the following code and paste in cell I72 then you can cut and paste in any cell in the I column that you would like.
=B72&" was tardy for "&K72&" "&D72&" class today. Please talk with "&M72&" so this does not become a Dean's issue. Thanks for you help. - Mrs. Whoever"

Re: Tardy medsage
There is a work around if you want to track tardies bad enough. You can make another Teachers Auto Text file to just keep track of tardies by using the missing assignments counter. Put the date where the assignments usually go and put an "m" for any tardy student. Then the message could go something like this...
[First Name] was tardy for [his/her] [Class] class today. [He/She] has had [# Missing] tardies this quarter. Please talk with [him/her] so this does not become a Dean's issue. Thanks for you help. - Mrs. Whoever
Copy the following code and paste in cell I72 then you can cut and paste in any cell in the I column that you would like.
=IF(G72>1,B72&" was tardy for "&K72&" "&D72&" class today. "&O72&" has had "&G72&" tardies this quarter. Please talk with "&M72&" so this does not become a Dean's issue.
